Dennis J. Gruenke, Esq. was selected as Main Line Today’s “Personal Injury Attorney of the Year” in 2007. He is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University, where he double majored in Political Science and History. He received his law degree in 1990 from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990 and to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1991. Mr. Gruenke practices in both state courts and federal courts, and is a member of three local bar associations: Lehigh, Montgomery and Delaware.
Graham F. Baird, Esq. is an experienced employment lawyer in Philadelphia in the areas of civil rights, workplace discrimination and wrongful termination, and police misconduct and malfeasance. Graham is also a passionate consumer advocate handling matters involving fraud arising out of the sale and marketing of household goods, real estate and motor vehicles. He also handles cases involving unlawful and illegal debt collection and credit reporting practices. Graham earned his J.D. from Temple University and his B.A. from Washington State University. Kristin Goc, Esq. graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with her undergraduate degree in Political Science and minor in Economics in 2003. She graduated with a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 2010. Kristin has been practicing Social Security Disability Law since 2008. Her occupational history includes work in Intellectual Property litigation, the U.S. Department of State Strategic Communications Department, the mortgage industry, and in Special Education. Kristin is a member of the Alpha Phi Fraternity.
Christiana Poynter, Esq. completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio State University and went on to graduate from the Saint Louis University School of Law. She first practiced in Missouri before relocating to California. Once arriving in California, Christiana represented disabled clients under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California Unruh Civil Right Act. Christiana joined the Law Office of Eric Shore in 2011 as the managing associate of the California Office. Christiana is currently concentrating her work in the area of Appellate Practice.
Daniel Harrison, Esq. received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his law degree from Western New England College School of Law. He clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Edwin Naythons for two years and was a partner in the firm of Harrison and Rizzo. He practiced personal injury as a solo practitioner for nearly ten years, and has been in private practice a total of 17 years. He joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in June 2008.
Jo Ann Kelton, Esq. received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from West Chester University in 1990, and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1993. She is also a Registered Nurse and graduated from Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1974. She is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition to representing disabled claimants, Jo Ann is also a Chester County representative to SEPTA’s Citizens Advisory Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Railroad Subcommittee. She is a proud mother of four daughters and grandmother of three.
Lisa Cunningham, Esq. earned her law degree from University of Baltimore, where she received the Dean’s Citation Award for Outstanding Achievement. As a law student, Ms. Cunningham won the National Law Review’s student legal writing competition and multiple national moot court competition titles. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in 2013, Lisa worked as a judicial intern for a federal judge to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and an appellate judge to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Lisa is the Social Chair of the Camden County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee. She is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International and works as an alumni advisor to the Rutgers School of Law – Camden Chapter. Lisa is a member of the New York Bar.
Faith Dixon, Esq. received her undergraduate from Louisiana State University, and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. Prior to joining our firm, she was in private practice and worked for the State of Florida as defense attorney in Dependency cases. She is licensed to practice in Florida. She joined the firm in August 2011. In her free time, Faith enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, running, and reading.
Michael A. Shore, Esq. is the proud father of Eric A. Shore. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Mr. Shore had extensive legal experience as a partner in the law firm of Bobrin Shore and Newman. He has practiced law for more than 45 years in the Philadelphia area focusing primarily on personal injury, workers compensation and social security disability law. Mr. Shore has been admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has been a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He received his law degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Law in 1965.
Allan S. Meltzer, Esq. received his undergraduate degree in Finance from American University, and his law degree from New York Law School in 1992. Allan has been a hearing attorney with the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore since 2008. He has represented over one thousand claimants in Social Security Disability hearings and is a passionate advocate for his clients.
Gabrielle Muller, Esq. received her undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and Stern College. She earned her law degree from Cardoza School of Law. Gabrielle is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. She joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in May 2009.
Jennifer L. Ruth, Esq. received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Mansfield University, and her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Jennifer has been representing disabled and injured individuals for over ten years, specifically representing over one thousand Claimant’s in Social Security Disability hearings, as well as Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury claims. She is also an experienced employment lawyer, representing individuals in Civil Rights, Workplace Discrimination and Wrongful Termination matters. Jennifer has been an attorney with the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore since 2015 and is a passionate advocate for her clients.
G. Evan Jones, Esq. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from Drexel University. Prior to joining our firm, he represented hundreds of disabled claimants in hearings before Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration. Evan supervises the Social Security Department and continues to help disabled individuals receive the benefits they deserve.
Toni L. Telles, Esq. is an experienced employment lawyer in New Jersey in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. She also practices civil rights law, including police misconduct. Toni earned her J.D. from Rutgers – Camden School of Law and her B.A. from Rutgers University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Prior to enrolling in law school, she served two years with AmeriCorps National Service, where she developed and planned community service programs and devoted her time to assisting local social service centers with providing support to economically-disadvantaged residents. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
