Dennis J. Gruenke, Esq. was honored by Philadelphia Councilman David Oh, for representing and advocating on behalf of injury victims and injured workers with distinction, and received the 2018 Who’s Who Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy Honor*. He was also selected as Main Line Today’s “Personal Injury Attorney of the Year” in 2007. He is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University, where he double majored in Political Science and History. He received his law degree in 1990 from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990, Pennsylvania State Bar in 1991, and New Jersey State Bar in 2013. Mr. Gruenke practices in both state courts and federal courts, and is a member of three local bar associations: Lehigh, Montgomery and Delaware.
Graham F. Baird is the Managing Attorney of the Employment Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Graham is an experienced trial attorney practicing in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Graham handles all aspects of employment litigation including pre-litigation resolution, agency charges and investigations, trials in federal and state court, and appellate practice. Graham also handles civil rights claims for individual citizens who are victims of police misconduct or abuse. Graham is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Graham is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Lisa Cunningham, Esq. is a managing associate at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Her practice focuses on Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability Benefits. Lisa earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore, where she received the Dean’s Citation Award for Outstanding Achievement. Lisa is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Disability Law Committee. She is licensed to practice law in New York State.
Scott K. Johnson, Esq. is an experienced Employment litigator in Philadelphia in the areas of employment discrimination, wage & hour violations, and federal whistleblower claims. Scott is also a dedicated advocate for parents of disabled children in special education disputes with school districts. He also handles class action and other complex litigation involving consumer fraud, defective products, false advertising, and systemetic employment discrimination. Scott earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. and M.P.A. from the University of Washington, Seattle. JoAnn V. Diaz, Esq, is a seasoned Employment Litigation Attorney with many years of experience, having represented both employees and employers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before Federal and State Courts as well as administrative agencies. JoAnn’s practice focuses on the areas of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, whistleblower claims and wrongful termination, among other employment matters. Prior to joining this office, she was in private practice and handled a variety of legal matters, in addition to employment claims. JoAnn earned her Law Degree from Temple University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Toni L. Telles, Esq. is an Employment Lawyer in New Jersey with over a decade of experience in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour issues. She also practices civil rights law, including police misconduct. Ms. Telles is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey. Ms. Telles is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice, the New Jersey Employment Lawyers Association and a former Chair of the New Jersey Lawyers Guild, New Jersey Chapter. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers – Camden School of Law and her B.A. from Rutgers University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Telles joined the firm in 2016.
Robert H. Graff, Esq. joined The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in June of 2018 and is an experienced trial attorney and litigator. Rob focuses his representation for his clients in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour violations, wrongful termination, and unemployment compensation. A lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley and a fervent fan of the Eagles and Flyers, Rob attended the University of Pennsylvania for college and Villanova University for law school. Rob also spent many years as an Assistant District Attorney where supported crime victims and took many cases successfully to verdict. Upon entering private practice, he was voted “Best Lawyer” by the Main Line Media News in 2012 and 2013 due to his representation of his clients. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Linda M. Lopez, Esq. is an experienced litigator handling employment, workers’ compensation and a variety of disability cases. She has devoted her career to advocating for the rights of injured and disabled people. Linda earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A. from Moravian College. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. She is also accredited to represent veterans in their claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in 2017.
Alexa L. Guarni, Esq. received a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Temple University in 2012. In 2015, she graduated from Delaware Law School with her Juris Doctor. Currently, Alexa is an associate at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, practicing Workers’ Compensation and Employment Discrimination.
Yvette C. Cave, Esq. has faced similar circumstances that her clients find themselves in—one time being told, “We’re not hiring females at this time.” These experiences motivated Yvette to become an advocate for those who suffer as a result of unlawful employment practices. She achieves deserving outcomes for her clients in matters focusing on workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She earned her J.D. with her Certificate in Corporate and Business Law from Rutgers Law School in Camden, and her B.A. from the University of New Orleans. Her interests outside of her career include Stephen King novels, running, and playing chess.
Justin F. Robinette is an employment attorney focusing on cases of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage-and-hour violations, and the representation of LGBTQ+ employees in cases of workplace discrimination. Justin graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in 2010 with degrees in Political Science and History, and was inducted into the Duke chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. Justin then attended the Villanova University School of Law on a full scholarship and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. Justin has successfully litigated dozens of cases of LGBTQ+ discrimination and has been featured in several articles on the issue of LGBTQ+ workplace rights in both local and national publications. Justin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, with the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dennis Schmieder, Esq. is a seasoned employment litigation attorney with over a decade of practical experience. His practice focuses on employment litigation matters including the areas of sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Dennis earned his J.D. from William and Mary Law School in 2002 and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1992. Dennis has demonstrated a commitment to public service throughout his lifetime serving three years as a member of Teach for America teaching high school special education in the Mississippi Delta, serving two terms on the Springfield Township Board of Education, and serving three terms on the Springfield Township Affordable Housing Board. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
Mary LeMieux-Fillery, Esq. has devoted her legal career to advocating tirelessly to obtain justice for individuals whose rights have been violated. Outside of work she relishes time on her snowboard or in the dojo refining her martial arts skills. Her mantra for life is, “work hard, play hard.”
Raphael Castro, Esq. is a trial lawyer who advocates on behalf of victims of personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment, and civil rights cases. Michael A. Shore, Esq. is the proud father of Eric A. Shore. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Mr. Shore had extensive legal experience as a partner in the law firm of Bobrin Shore and Newman. He has practiced law for more than 45 years in the Philadelphia area focusing primarily on personal injury, workers compensation and social security disability law. Mr. Shore has been admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has been a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He received his law degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Law in 1965.
Gabrielle Muller, Esq. received her undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and Stern College. She earned her law degree from Cardoza School of Law. Gabrielle is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. She joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in May 2009.
