Graham F. Baird
Graham is the Managing Attorney of the Employment Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Graham is an experienced trial attorney practicing in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Graham handles all aspects of employment litigation including pre-litigation resolution, agency charges and investigations, trials in federal and state court, and appellate practice. Graham also handles civil rights claims for individual citizens who are victims of police misconduct or abuse. Graham is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Graham is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Lisa Cunningham, Esq.
Lisa is the Managing Attorney for the Social Security Disability/Veterans Disability Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Her practice focuses on Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability Benefits. Lisa earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore, where she received the Dean’s Citation Award for Outstanding Achievement. Lisa is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Disability Law Committee. She is licensed to practice law in New York State.
Dennis J. Gruenke, Esq.
Dennis is the Managing Attorney of the Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Dennis was honored by Philadelphia Councilman David Oh, for representing and advocating on behalf of injury victims and injured workers with distinction, and received the 2018 Who’s Who Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy Honor*. He was also selected as Main Line Today’s “Personal Injury Attorney of the Year” in 2007. He is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University, where he double majored in Political Science and History. He received his law degree in 1990 from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990, Pennsylvania State Bar in 1991, and New Jersey State Bar in 2013. Mr. Gruenke practices in both state courts and federal courts, and is a member of three local bar associations: Lehigh, Montgomery and Delaware.
Mary LeMieux-Fillery, Esq.
Mary LeMieux-Fillery has devoted her legal career to advocating tirelessly to obtain justice for individuals whose rights have been violated. Growing up in rural New England gave her the perspective of what “hard work pays off” truly means. She actively applies this philosophy to her practice representing clients in matters of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. Mary is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the State of Colorado. She earned her J.D. from the University Of Denver College Of Law and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut. While in law school Mary earned the American Jurisprudence award in Jury Selection. Outside of work she relishes time on her snowboard or in the dojo refining her martial arts skills. Her mantra for life is, “work hard, play hard.”
Linda M. Lopez, Esq.
Linda is the Managing Attorney of the Long-Term Disability/ Short-Term Disability Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Linda is an experienced litigator handling workers’ compensation and a variety of disability cases. She has devoted her career to advocating for the rights of injured and disabled people. Linda earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A. from Moravian College. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. She is also accredited to represent veterans in their claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in 2017.

Briana Pearson-Prout
Briana is a litigation attorney known for being a fierce client advocate. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Briana spent several years working at a Civil Rights Law Firm. With both a law license and an MBA, she is uniquely qualified to counsel business owners on workplace diversity and equity for all employees. Briana is a warrior for social justice and equity. She was honored with the NAACP’s Phenomenal Woman Award for her work as the legal redress chair for multiple NAACP branches. The Honorable Judge Elizabeth Hey also recognized Briana for her work on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s Employment and Civil Rights Volunteer Attorney Panel. In her spare time, Briana coaches a high school mock trial team. Briana is highly skilled in the art of problem solving and is looking forward to putting her skills to use for you! She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Kathleen Redpath-Perez, Esq.
Kathleen is an experienced and talented trial attorney who is known for being a fierce and passionate advocate for her clients. Kathleen began her career as a law clerk to The Honorable Pedro J. Jimenez, J.S.C in the Mercer County Superior Court, Criminal Division. From there she spent nearly a decade working at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender primarily in the Adult Criminal Trial Region in Trenton, NJ where she earned the moniker “trial whisperer” for her ability to persuade juries to acquit her clients even in cases where the police had audio recordings and testified directly against her client. Following her time as a public defender she transitioned to the field of civil law and was employed as the Managing Attorney of Employment for a non-profit tasked with representing people with disabilities.
Valerie Shore, Esq.
Valerie is an experienced litigator, known for an approach that is both aggressive and collegial. Before joining the firm in 2022, Valerie spent time as a public defender for the state of New Jersey, earning well over 1,000 hours in the courtroom, and as a labor & employment associate for a large firm, representing Fortune 500 companies. She now brings this combination of experiences to the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, where she represents workers against unlawful actions by their employers. Valerie received her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an honor reserved for the top 10% of law school graduates, in addition to receiving accolades for her trial advocacy skills as a clinical student-attorney. Valerie is admitted to practice in New Jersey state and federal courts. In her spare time Valerie enjoys practicing yoga and muay Thai
Charles Scott
Mark Bittner
Mark is an accomplished attorney with a unique background in both law and military service. As a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve, Mark oversaw internal investigations involving military personnel, giving him a deep understanding of the complexities of workplace dynamics and the importance of protecting individual rights.
With extensive experience in employment law, Mark has successfully represented clients in cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining the firm, Mark defended personal injury cases for a nationwide defense firm and served as an Assistant Prosecutor, honing his skills in negotiation, advocacy, and litigation.
A proud New Jerseyan, Mark earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is admitted to the United States District Court of New Jersey.

Steven Jarvis
Steve is a seasoned trial attorney who has achieved numerous exceptional jury verdicts for his personal injury clients. A 2010 graduate of Temple University Law School’s distinguished Trial Advocacy program, he was awarded the Law Faculty Merit Scholarship in recognition of his academic performance. Before joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Steve dedicated over a decade to handling high-value catastrophic injury cases.
As a compassionate advocate, Steve represents clients in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Respected by his peers, he frequently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Outside of the courtroom, Steve enjoys playing sports with his three children and passionately supporting the Philadelphia 76ers.
