Graham is the Managing Attorney of the Employment Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. With over 20 years of experience, Graham is a seasoned trial attorney practicing in the areas of wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment in addition to civil rights claims. Graham handles all aspects of employment litigation including pre-litigation resolution, agency charges, and investigations, trials in federal and state court, and appellate practice. Dennis was honored by Philadelphia Councilman David Oh, for representing and advocating on behalf of injury victims and injured workers with distinction, and received the 2018 Who’s Who Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy Honor*. He was also selected as Main Line Today’s “Personal Injury Attorney of the Year” in 2007. He is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University, where he double majored in Political Science and History. He received his law degree in 1990 from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990, Pennsylvania State Bar in 1991, and New Jersey State Bar in 2013. Mr. Gruenke practices in both state courts and federal courts, and is a member of three local bar associations: Lehigh, Montgomery and Delaware.

Linda M. Lopez

Linda M. Lopez, Esq.

Linda is the Managing Attorney of the Long-Term Disability/ Short-Term Disability Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Linda is an experienced litigator handling workers’ compensation and a variety of disability cases. She has devoted her career to advocating for the rights of injured and disabled people. Linda earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A. from Moravian College. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. She is also accredited to represent veterans in their claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She joined the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in 2017.

Steven Jarvis

Steve is a seasoned trial attorney who has achieved numerous exceptional jury verdicts for his personal injury clients. A 2010 graduate of Temple University Law School’s distinguished Trial Advocacy program, he was awarded the Law Faculty Merit Scholarship in recognition of his academic performance. Before joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Steve dedicated over a decade to handling high-value catastrophic injury cases.
As a compassionate advocate, Steve represents clients in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Respected by his peers, he frequently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Outside of the courtroom, Steve enjoys playing sports with his three children and passionately supporting the Philadelphia 76ers.

Phyllis Widman

Phyllis Widman has practiced various areas of law, including civil vaccine injury law in Federal Court, criminal defense, and civil litigation for 25 years. She is also a Rule 1:40 qualified Civil Mediator. Ms. Widman enjoys all aspects of handling a case from start to finish and prides herself in her personable approach to clients. Her litigation experience spans several counties in New Jersey and Federal Court, where she has tried several cases.

Ms. Widman earned her law degree and holds a Master’s Degree in Communications from the Newhouse School of Public Communications, one of the top three communications schools in the country, as well as a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She is a former instructor at Rutgers University-Newark in the School of Criminal Justice, where she taught criminal procedure and constitutional law for four years.

Stephen Gontkosky is an experienced trial attorney in the area of personal injury. Mr. Gontkosky received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from King’s College, earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Widener University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Kline School of Law at Drexel University. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, Mr. Gontkosky was a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and worked in many areas of the law including the defense and prosecution of general and professional liability matters.

Stephanie Clark is the Managing Attorney for the Veterans Disability Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, where she leads a dedicated team committed to securing the benefits our nation’s veterans have earned. With years of experience in VA Disability Law, Stephanie skillfully guides clients from their very first claim through complex appeals before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.
A proud native of the St. Louis, Missouri area, Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2015.

Stephanie’s passion for advocating for veterans began when she witnessed firsthand the frustration many face when navigating the VA system. Since then, she has successfully helped countless veterans win long-overdue benefits, bringing both financial security and peace of mind to those who have served our country.

Before dedicating her career to veterans’ disability law, Stephanie gained a broad foundation practicing in criminal law, personal injury, small claims, family law, and estate planning. This diverse experience gives her unique insight into the wide range of legal issues veterans may face.

Stephanie is admitted to practice in both Alabama and Missouri and is a member of the American Bar Association. She also serves as an Alabama Guardian ad Litem and is a registered Florida Notary.
