Eric A. Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, one of the nation’s top-ranked law programs. Prior to law school, he graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where he studied Philosophy. Graham F. Baird
Graham is the Managing Attorney of the Employment Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. With over 20 years of experience, Graham is a seasoned trial attorney practicing in the areas of wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment in addition to civil rights claims. Graham handles all aspects of employment litigation including pre-litigation resolution, agency charges, and investigations, trials in federal and state court, and appellate practice. He was also selected as Main Line Today’s “Personal Injury Attorney of the Year” in 2007. He is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University, where he double majored in Political Science and History. Linda is an experienced litigator handling workers’ compensation and a variety of disability cases. She has devoted her career to advocating for the rights of injured and disabled people. Linda earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A. from Moravian College. Stephanie Clark
Stephanie Clark is the Managing Attorney for the Veterans Disability Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, where she leads a dedicated team committed to securing the benefits our nation’s veterans have earned. With years of experience in VA Disability Law, Stephanie skillfully guides clients from their very first claim through complex appeals before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.
A proud native of the St. Louis, Missouri area, Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2015.
Stephanie’s passion for advocating for veterans began when she witnessed firsthand the frustration many face when navigating the VA system. Since then, she has successfully helped countless veterans win long-overdue benefits, bringing both financial security and peace of mind to those who have served our country.
Before dedicating her career to veterans’ disability law, Stephanie gained a broad foundation practicing in criminal law, personal injury, small claims, family law, and estate planning. This diverse experience gives her unique insight into the wide range of legal issues veterans may face.

Paul Loriston
Paul Loriston is a personal injury attorney at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, dedicated to representing individuals injured through no fault of their own throughout Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.
Paul earned his B.A. in Economics from the New College of Florida, where he served as student body president and president of the Black Student Union. He later received his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he delivered the commencement speech for the Class of 2022. During law school, he served on the boards of the Black Law Student Association and the Political and Civil Rights Society, and completed judicial clerkships with the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo, the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg, and the Honorable Richard Lloret.
Before joining the plaintiff’s side, Paul worked as a trial attorney with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. He regularly appeared before Philadelphia judges and juries, advocating in high-stakes cases—experience that continues to shape how he prepares cases and fights for his clients today.
Paul firmly believes that every successful case starts with listening. In 2023, he published an article in The Legal Intelligencer highlighting the importance of understanding the human stories behind legal disputes, a perspective that continues to guide his practice.
